How the satisfaction guarantee works:

If you are unhappy with any initial concept, simply contact our dedicated Customer Care Department immediately and our staff will begin the refund process for your order. A small administration fee will be charged, based on your purchased package. Administration fees are as follows: Any Logo package: $50; Any Website package: $80; Any Business Card package: $30; Any Stationery package: $60; Any Brochure package: $90; Small, Large and Extra large size Banner: $10; Basic, Standard, Extended and Heavy Banner package: $30; Corner Peel and Corner Rip AdMedia 2.0 packages: $10; Outlimit, TakeOver Scroll, Video Layer, Video Banner and Media Banner AdMedia 2.0 packages: $85.

Once your request has been received and your administration fee is applied, a full refund will be issued.
